Ayda Winery&Vineyards, a boutique winery from Izmir, Turkiye, is waiting for you to meet and taste their wines at the x218a, Section Wines Unearthed. All wines certified as vegan and organic. Using the rare “Vinification Integralé” method for the red and some white wines—where fermentation to pre-bottling occurs exclusively in French oak barrels—enhances the richness and complexity of our wines. Our label, Vinaida, is inspired from Ayda Kalelioğlu, the woman behind the winemaking process. Given the novelty of Turkish wines in the UK market, we believe our wines have a distinctive allure.
