Moderato is the creator of a whole new style of reduced alcohol wines. We select the best grape varieties to obtain quality wines which we gently reduce in alcohol and then blend them thanks to our know-how and the expertise of our oenologist. The result: preserved aromas and a new balance, for a unique style full of taste! Our commitment is to produce our products in a responsible manner by reducing the impact of viticulture on the planet and optimising the raw materials used in our bottles.
