Defined Wine

We are a contract only winery - we do not have our own vineyards or brands, so everything we do is about adding value to the people we make wine for. We are therefore totally focussed on supporting them and working with them to define their style of wine and involving them (as they want) in winemaking decisions. Hence the name: "Defined wine". Our approach is then to use taste, experience and modern technology to ensure that we can consistently produce the best quality wines for people
