Clos Pachem SLU

Clos Pachem is small a winery located in Gratallops, in the heart of the Priorat Wine Region, that started in 2019.

The building is an example of sustainability and the reflex of our way of working: maximum respect in the vineyard working with regenerative agriculture and in the cellar, we produce wines following the principles of minimum intervention, making wines that avoid the use of oak and opting for materials such as ceramic, stoneware, concrete... in their different forms. Wines like those made in the past, but interpreted from a modern perspective.
