A family owned and run independent company at the forefront of the Cahors rennaissance. They own two Chateaux in Cahors: Chateau Mercues and Chateau Haute-Serre and Chateau Tournelles in Buzet. A pioneer in Agro-Tourism with their Hotel and two restaurants that put an emphasis on local produce notably dishes based around Truffles, Quercy Lamb and Saffron.
