Champagne AYALA was founded in 1860 by Edmond de AYALA in the village of Aÿ, in the heart of the Grands Crus of the Champagne region. For 10 years the House has been undertaking a highly precise work in order to develop both the singularity and quality of the cuvées and reinforce the pillars forming the AYALA style: pure expression of Chardonnay, unique diversity of crus, bespoke blend, reserve wines and low dosage.
