Clot de L'Oum

The Domaine du Clot de l'Oum is nestled in the heart of the Fenouillèdes region, between Agly and Têt valleys, on the first eastern foothills of the Pyrenees. A vineyard of 12 ha, whose wines are certified Organic Agriculture since 2000 and produced as naturally as possible. Spread out between 400 and 600m of altitude, parcels of the vineyard are essentially made up of old vines. Our way of producing wines implies a respectful management of the vines, environment and soil, allowing to reveal all its potential. Biodynamic methods are used since 2009.
