Also a special emphasis on local varieties (such as Mavroudi Thrace and Pamiti), Αssyrtiko but also and Syrah and Merlot which are grown in ideal soil and climate conditions. 12 hectares of private vineyards. Εvery step of the process is done carefully and mostly manually. Organic cultivation. Βottling capacity of about 5000 to 10000 bottles per year.
