Les Vignerons de Florensac

An eco-friendly producer situated 10km from the Eastern shores of the Bassin de Thau. Stéphane Roques employs green techniques to control pests in the vineyard and reduces carbon emissions by drawing energy from their bank of solar panels. Theirs is one of the oldest planted vineyards near the French Mediterranean coast, specialising in white wine.
